New Users

Note: If no void cheque is available, please complete this form. Your financial institution must complete sections 2 and 3. Fax the completed form along with the Deposit Account Payment Plan application form and/or the Electronic Registration Bank Account application form to Customer Service at 416-360-6069.

Existing Users

1. Fill out all sections of Authorized Services Application and Payment form, and obtain the signature of the Account Holder Representative of the account.2.

2. Fill out all sections of The Authorized Group Services form, provide the names of all users to be included in the group, and obtain the signature of the authorized ERBA signing officer, and obtain the acknowledgement of the Account Holder Representative of the account.

3. Have all sections of the Portas® Personal Security License and RSA Token Application filled out by each new user. Obtain validation of the applicant’s identity from the Designated Representative.

4. Fax all completed forms to 416-360-6069 or mail to 123 Front Street West, Suite 700, Toronto.

If you have an account that has been approved for Electronic Registration and would like to change the firm name on the account:

1. Contact ServiceOntario (1-866-262-8135 OR (416) 314-3138), and provide them with your current business name, Teraview account number and your new business name.

2. Once you have satisfied the ServiceOntario requirements for approval, complete the Name Change Request form fax it to Teranet at 416-360-6069.

Note: If you cannot meet the criteria outlined on the Change Request form, you can close your original account and open a new one. To ensure that your electronic registration access is not interrupted, apply for approval of the new account with ServiceOntario before you close the initial account.

Note: If your account is not enabled for electronic registration, please complete the Name Change Request form fax it to Teranet at 416-360-6069

Teranet Deposit Account Payment Plan (DAPP)

Complete all sections of the Deposit Account Payment Plan application form, with all required signatures, and fax it with a copy of a void cheque to Customer Service at 416-360-6069. Once received, your request will be processed within 24 hours.

Electronic Registration Bank Account (ERBA)

This account is used to collect land registration fees and, if applicable, Land Transfer Tax.

Complete all sections of the Electronic Registration Bank Account application form and the Authorized Group Services form with all required signatures.

Please complete the Electronic Registration Bank Account application with all required signatures.   Fax back the completed form along with a copy of a void cheque for the new account to Customer Service at 416-360-6069. Once received, your request will be processed within 24 hours.

Note: If no void cheque is available, please complete this form. Your financial institution must complete sections 2 and 3. Compose a letter on letterhead explaining the reason the account is closing. Please include the Teraview account number, and have the letter signed by the Account Holder Representative. Fax or mail the letter to 416-360-6069, email to info@teraview.caor mail to 123 Front Street West, Suite 700, Toronto.

Note:  If there are any funds remaining in your DAPP account, please include the name and address where the cheque should be sent.

Account Holder Representatives

1. Fill out all sections of Authorized Services Application and Payment form.

2. Fill out all sections of The Authorized Group Services form, provide the names of all users to be included in the group, and obtain the signature of the authorized ERBA signing officer.

3. Have all sections of the Portas® Personal Security License and RSA Token Application filled out by each new user. Obtain validation of the applicant’s identity from the Designated Representative.

Fill out and sign the appropriate form and appropriate attachments for an ERBA or DAPP account and fax to 416-360-6069, or mail to 123 Front Street West, Suite 700, Toronto.

Note: If no void cheque is available, please complete this form. Your financial institution must complete sections 2 and 3. Fax the completed form along with the Deposit Account Payment Plan application form and/or the Electronic Registration Bank Account application form to Customer Service at 416-360-6069.

1. On the Authorized Group Services form, under User Name, add the name of the person from whom the license is being transferred, and in the User Status column, select Transfer and Suspend. 

2. In the next row, add the name of the person to whom the license is being transferred, and in the User Status column, select Transfer and Add.

3. Have the new user of the license complete a Portas® Personal Security License and RSA Token Application.

4. Fax the completed forms to Customer Service at 416-360-6069. Once received, your request will be processed within 24 hours.

Note: The fee to transfer a license is $55.00 plus tax, which will be deducted from your deposit account.

If the current Account Holder Representative is a licensed Teraview user:

1. Log into Teraview.

2. Select the Admin icon.  Admin Icon

3. Select Account Administration.

4. In the Users section, select the User Details button next to the name of the user for whom you’d like to grant or revoke Account Holder Representative status.

5. Select or deselect the checkbox next to the Account Holder Representative name.

6. Save and confirm your selection.

If the current Account Holder Representative is not a licensed Teraview user:

1. Submit the following text in a written letter:

“As the person with the authority to bind the corporation, I designate (Name), to be the Authorized Account Holder Representative for our Teraview® account.”

Fax the letter to Customer Service at 416-360-6069.

To suspend a user’s access to Teraview®, the Account Holder Representative (AHR) must complete and sign an Authorized Group Services Form 200. Identify the user who is being suspended, indicating Suspend as the Status. Please fax the completed forms to Customer Service at 416-360-6069. Once received, your request will be processed within 24 hours.
