Temporary Suspension of Plan Print and Scanning Services

Please be advised that as of March 24, 2020, Teraview’s Plan Print Service will be suspended until regular business activity resumes. As of this date, full-sized copies of plans will not be available for delivery via courier. Teraview users can continue to view and print plans themselves, however full-size copies will not be available via courier. For Teraview users who have already purchased print services, Teranet will refund courier charges for those requests made after March 24, 2020.  Please contact info@teraview.ca for reversal requests. 

Further to this, newly registered paper plans sent to Teranet will not be scanned and therefore will not be available through our applications.
