Important Information Regarding Teranet Hard Tokens

Access to Teraview has seen changes over the years – from floppy disks and USB sticks to house your user profile to logging in on the web to hard tokens for two-factor authentication.  Nowadays, the use of smartphones for everyday tasks is prevalent, making soft tokens the most convenient option for your authentication needs. Soft tokens are also free, easy to use, and can be transferred between devices, as needed.  Teraview users who require a token to sign documents are encouraged to select the soft token option for this purpose.

Effective November 1, 2021 a fee of $50.00 + HST will be applicable for Teraview users who wish request a hard token.  There will be no fee for Teraview users who request a soft token.

Teranet hard tokens can be purchased using Form 100 – Teraview Authorized Services Application and Payment Form and Form 200 – Authorized Group Services.
