You asked, we listened. Email Notifications are now available in Teraview

Teranet is pleased to introduce email notifications in Teraview, a new feature to help you stay on top of important activity in your account, and improve your workflow and efficiency.

Select from these email update options to track and manage your account and Dockets in Teraview:

  • Courier Tracking
  • Documents/Plan Request Status
  • Return for Correction
  • Instrument Access
  • Low DAPP Balance (only available to the Account Administrator)
  • User Message

Learn more about email notifications.

To turn on email notifications:

  1. Log into your Teraview Account
  2. Select Administration.
  3. Under Preferences, select Notification Preferences.
  4. Enter your email address, and select your language and notification preferences.
  5. Select Save.
