Canada Post has advised of a possible work disruption as early as September 26, 2018.
If that occurs, there will no mail or parcel delivery and Canada Post will not accept any items for mailing. Any mail or parcels in the Canada Post system during a work disruption will be held in a secure location and delivered once operations resume. Please check the Canada Post website for updates.
This is a reminder that in the event of a strike, you will need to make alternate arrangements for your cheques to be delivered.
- Send your cheques by courrier or hand deliver them to 123 Front Street West
- Set up a Deposit Account Payment Plan (DAPP) account to avoid being impacted by these types of issues in the front. The DAPP also eliminates the time and expense of cheque payments as preauthorized payments are withdrawn from a bank account of your choice and deposited directly into your Teraview Deposit Account. Simply fill out the DAPP Application and fax it back to Teraview Customer Service at 416-360-6069.
