No, Teraview users who have a soft token on their smartphone do not have to take any action at this time.

How much does it cost to renew a Teranet Hard Token?

The cost is $50.00 + HST for each hard token. The total fee(s) for any Teranet Hard Tokens will be debited from your Teraview Deposit Account

Why should I switch to a Teranet Soft Token?

A soft token is the most convenient option for your authentication needs. Soft tokens are also free, easy to use, and can be transferred between devices, as needed. Soft tokens also have a longer expiry date compared to hard tokens: 14 years for a soft token vs. five years for a hard token. Teraview users who require a token to sign documents are encouraged to select the soft token option for this purpose.

Contact Teraview Customer Service to switch today.

What do I do with my old expired hard token?

Your hard token contains a battery that cannot be removed. Please safely dispose of the hard token as you would with other types of batteries.
