ADDITIONAL KEY ENFORCEMENT OFFICES (EO) SUBSCRIPTION FEES for 2024

Teraview clients are charged an annual subscription fee for all Additional Key Enforcement Offices (EO). These fees are debited from your Teraview Deposit Account.
- If you are an existing DAPP client, you can top-up your Deposit Account automatically.
- If you are not a DAPP client, please send your cheques before October 1, 2024 directly to:

If you do not wish to make any changes to your Default and Additional Key EO(s), no action is required.
The following are some key dates and actions for managing your subscription fees:
| September 23, 2024 | Deadline for Return of Change Request Form | To delete your Additional Key EO subscription for the next subscription term, or to change your Default/Additional Key EO(s) for the upcoming subscription period, complete Form 401 and e-mail authorized form to admin@teraview.ca |
| October 1, 2024 | Funds withdrawn from Teraview Deposit account at end of business day | To purchase additional Key EO(s) for the upcoming subscription period, complete Form 100 to cover all subscription fees and applicable taxes and e-mail authorized form to admin@teraview.ca |
| September 30, 2024 | Renewal and Charge Date | Please ensure that there are sufficient funds in your Teraview Deposit Account to cover all subscription fees and applicable taxes |
| October 1 to September 30 | Yearly subscription term | Yearly subscription fee per Additional Key EO: $60.00 |
