Teraview eNotifications Now Support Multiple Email Addresses

Effective August 28, 2026, we’re making it easier to stay informed by enhancing Teraview eNotifications.

You can now add up to four email addresses to your eNotification preferences, helping ensure important notifications reach the right people when they need them. Whether you’re managing notifications across a team or want additional contacts to receive updates, this enhancement provides greater flexibility and helps support your workflow.

Updating Your eNotification Preferences

To manage your notification preferences:

  1. Select the Administration icon.
  2. Navigate to Preferences.
  3. Under Notification Preferences, select the notification type you would like to update.

You’ll now see the following email fields:

  • Primary Email Address (required)
  • Additional Email Address 1
  • Additional Email Address 2
  • Additional Email Address 3

Select Add Email to add up to three additional email addresses to receive notifications. To remove an email address, select Remove.

Things to Know

  • A Primary Email Address is required.
  • Additional email addresses are optional.
  • Email addresses can be updated at any time.
  • Additional email addresses can be removed at any time, leaving only the required primary email address.

Available eNotification Types

  • Return for Correction
    Receive an email notification when an instrument is returned for correction.
  • Courier Tracking
    Receive an email notification when a courier is requested, including the courier company’s tracking number and a link to track the shipment.
  • Document/Plan Request Status
    Receive an email notification when the status of a Document or Plan request is updated.
  • Instrument Access
    Receive an email notification when access to an instrument has been granted.
  • Low DAPP Balance
    Receive an email notification when your deposit account balance requires a top-up.
  • User Message
    Receive an email notification when you receive a message from another user.
