Teraview eNotifications Enhancements
Making Teraview eNotifications Work Better for You
We are pleased to announce an enhancement coming to Teraview eNotifications, effective January 12, 2026. To help serve you better, we are expanding the Return for Correction eNotification preference to allow you to add up to four email addresses, making it a more reliable way to stay on top of important events in Teraview.
This improvement supports a more efficient workflow and reduces delays by ensuring relevant Return for Correction notifications reach the right people promptly.
How to Get Started
From the Administration icon 
, in the Preferences section, under Notification Preferences, when you select the Return for Correction option, you will now see:
- Primary Email Address (mandatory)
- Additional Email Address 1
- Additional Email Address 2
- Additional Email Address 3
Key Details:
- Email addresses can be edited at any time.
- Additional email addresses can be deleted, leaving only the primary email address if desired.
As a reminder, individuals can also subscribe to the other types of Notifications available in Teraview:
- Courier Tracking
- Document/Plan Request Status
- Instrument Access
- Low DAPP Balance
