Teraview clients are charged an annual subscription fee for all Additional Key Enforcement Offices (EO). These fees are debited from your Teraview Deposit Account.
- DAPP clients can top-up their Deposit Account automatically.
- Clients not on DAPP are advised to send their cheques before October 3, 2016 directly to:

If you do not wish to make any changes to your Default and Additional Key EO(s), no action is required.
| September 26, 2016 | Deadline for Return of Change Request Form | To delete your Additional Key EO subscription for the next subscription term, or to change your Default/Additional Key EO(s) for the upcoming subscription period, complete Form 401 and fax the authorized form to 416-360-6069 |
| October 3, 2016 | Funds withdrawn from Teraview Deposit account at end of business day | To purchase additional Key EO(s) for the upcoming subscription period, complete Form 100 to cover all subscription fees and applicable taxes and fax the authorized form to 416-360-6069 |
| October 3, 2016 | Renewal and Charge Date | Please ensure that there are sufficient funds in your Teraview Deposit Account to cover all subscription fees and applicable taxes |
| October 1 to September 30 | Yearly subscription term | Yearly subscription fee per Additional Key EO: $60.00 |
