Updating Your Teraview Account Online

If you are a Teraview user and the Account Holder Representative for your account, you can view and change certain details of your Teraview account online. This will save you time, since no forms need to be submitted to make these changes.

To update your account information online:

  1. From the Administration menu in Teraview, select Account Administration.

In this window, you can perform the following tasks:

  • To change the firm Address, Phone and Fax numbers, enter the details in the Address section. Select Save.
  • To change your DAPP (Deposit Account Payment Plan) monthly maximum, select the new amount from the Monthly Max field in the Bank Information section. Select Save.
  • To change your DAPP administrator, select the appropriate party from the DAPP Admin drop-down list in the Account Information section. Select Save.
  • To add ERBA (Electronic Registration Bank Account) access for users who will be registering documents they have signed for completeness, in the Users section, Double-click on the username in the list. In the User Authorization section, select Allow ERBA Access. Select Save. Select Back to return to the Account Administration window.
  • To add the LSUC (Law Society of Upper Canada) ID for users who are lawyers, in the Users section, double-click the username in the list. In the Details section, enter the LSUC ID in the field. Select Save. Select Back to return to the Account Administration window.
  • To add or change the e-mail address for a user, in the Users section, Double-click the username in the list. In the Details section, enter the address in the E-Mail Address field. Select Save. Select Back to return to the Account Administration window.
  • To add or remove additional Account Holder Representatives, in the Users section, Double-click the username in the list. In the User Authorization section, select Account Holder Representative. Select Save. Select Back to return to the Account Administration window.
  • To view the bank accounts being used for DAPP and ERBA, select the Bank Information option. The DAPP Account and ERBA Account are displayed.
  • To view the active users on the Teraview account, consult the Users section. To include inactive users in the list, select Include Inactive.
  • To view the default LRO and EO, select the Office Subscriptions option. The Default LRO and Default EO are displayed.
