Possible Canada Post Service Disruption (May 2025)
A possible Canada Post Service disruption could begin in May 2025. If this happens, Teranet is taking steps to mitigate the potential impact of a service disruption on Teraview customers.
Teraview Applications and Account Management
If you are applying for a Teraview account or require changes to an existing account, your application and/or forms can be emailed directly to [email protected]. These forms include:
- Authorized Services Application and Payment Form
- Authorized Group Services Forms
- Personal Security Licence and SecurID RSA Token Application
- Deposit Account Payment Plan (DAPP) form
- Electronic Registration Bank Account (ERBA) form

Add, Transfer, Suspend a Teraview User License
Existing Teraview Account Holder Representatives with Teraview access can add, transfer, or suspend users online at MyTeraview.ca
Options to Add Funds to Your Teraview Deposit Account
- If you have the Deposit Account Payment Plan set-up, Account Administrators can use the ‘Top-up’ feature in Teraview, which offers fast and efficient replenishment of your Teraview Deposit Account. To set up the Deposit Account Payment Plan, please follow the instructions under Manage Your Deposit/Bank Account at this link Teraview Account Management
- Send funds via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). If you have not previously sent via EFT, please contact Customer Service at [email protected] for information.
Teranet Hard Tokens
If you have purchased a Teranet Hard Token(s), there may be delays receiving your token(s). We encourage you to use a soft token, a free and convenient option for user authentication. Soft tokens are easy to use, can be transferred between devices, and have a longer expiry date compared to hard tokens (14 years for a soft token vs. five years for a hard token). Contact Teraview Customer Service to obtain a soft token today.
