New Reprint Instruments Functionality

In response to customer demand, starting May 9th, 2025, you can reprint instruments that you have previously requested within one business day at no extra charge.

To reprint an instrument:

  1. From the Administration menu in Teraview, in the Dockets section, select Reprint Items.
  2. From the options, select Instrument.
  3. Enter the appropriate Docket and Instrument Number, then select Reprint.

This option will be available for one business day after your initial request, ensuring that you have ample time to access and print or download the instrument you need.
