Once you have opened the file of the land registry office you are interested in, choose the appropriate condominium plan number. Search through the list on the left hand side until you find the Unit and Level that you are searching. The corresponding PIN will be set out in the right column.

Internet Explorer

  1. Select the Cross Reference List link.
  2. A  window will appear at the bottom of your screen; select the Save as option.
  3. A ‘Save As’ window appears; navigate in the ‘save in:’ text field to the location you wish to store the file.
  4. Select the Save button.
    • Note (write down) the directory in which the file is saved.
  5. You may receive a ‘Download complete’ window appears. You are provided three options, select Close.
  6. Locate the file that you downloaded select the file, right click and select WinZip.
  7. The Win Zip self-extractor window appears, select Extract to here
  8. The file will now be available to open.

Safari

  1. Select the Cross Reference List link.
  2. A dialog window appears; select the Save File option.
  3. Select the Download Icon at the top right hand side of your screen (Arrow)
  4. Select the Open Containing Folder Icon (File Folder)
  5. Right click on the file you downloaded and select WinZip.
  6. The Win Zip self-extractor window appears, select Extract to here
  7. The file will now be available to open.

Chrome

  1. Select the Cross Reference List link.
  2. Select the .exe file at the bottom left hand side of your screen, select Show in Folder.
  3. Right click on the file you have downloaded and select WinZip.
  4. The Win Zip self-extractor window appears, select Extract to here
  5. The file will now be available to open.
