Enhancing your Teraview sign-in experience
As part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen account security, Teraview is introducing enhancements to the Teraview sign-in experience.
These enhancements include a new email-based sign-in process and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) methods, which will be introduced in phases.
The updates are designed to provide additional protection for customer accounts while maintaining a smooth sign-in experience.
Rollout timing
The enhanced sign-in experience will be introduced in phases. When your account is scheduled for an update, you’ll receive an email with information about what to expect and how to prepare.
What’s changing?
- Current: Account Name + User Name + Password
- New Sign-in Experience: Email Address + Password + MFA Verification
What verification options will be available?
Customers will be able to choose the MFA method that works best for them, including:
- Text Message (SMS)
- Automated Phone Call
- Email Verification
- Authenticator App Options
How you can prepare
A unique email address will be required to sign in to your account. If you do not currently have an email address, or you are using a shared or generic inbox to sign in, please update your access using the instructions below:
How to add or update your email address in Teraview:
- Log in to Teraview using your current method of access
- From the top toolbar, select the Administration icon
- The Administration pane will open
- Select Email from the Administration menu
- The Email window will open
