- Log into Portas PASS and answer the required Security Questions.
- On the Administration page, select Reset Password.
- The Reset Password screen displays.
- Following the Password Rules, enter and confirm your new password.
- Select Reset Password.
- You can use your new password the next time you log into Teraview.
- Select Logout, or select Back to Administration if you wish to perform other administrative tasks in Portas PASS.
