Reset Password

  1. Log into Portas PASS and answer the required Security Questions.
  2. On the Administration page, select Reset Password.
    1. The Reset Password screen displays.
  3. Following the Password Rules, enter and confirm your new password.
  4. Select Reset Password.
    1. You can use your new password the next time you log into Teraview.
  5. Select Logout, or select Back to Administration if you wish to perform other administrative tasks in Portas PASS.
