Request a Plan or Instrument

You can request any Instrument or plan for display on the screen, or for delivery by email or courier.

Tip: This feature applies to active and deleted plans and Instruments, as well as those not yet uploaded into the database (Exception Instruments). If the plan or Instrument doesn’t exist in the database, follow the system prompts to request it.

  1. Open the Docket for the Instrument or plan.
  2. In the Registration Number field, enter the Instrument or plan number.
  3. Select the Request button.

The Instrument Request window opens.

  1. From the Options drop-down list, select View, Email, Courier, or Preview (if available).

Note: The Preview option will display a blurred copy of a Plan for preview prior to purchase, if available.

  1. Enter the required information and Select View, Email, Courier, or Preview (if available).

The request is sent.

  1. Open the Docket you'd like the Instrument or plan in.
  2. From the green arrow menu Green arrow menu in the header of the screen next to the Teraview logo, select Courier Request.

The Instrument & Plan Courier Request window opens.

  1. Enter the Instrument or Plan numbers.
  2. Enter the Address details and any Delivery Instructions, if needed.
  3. Select Courier.

The request is sent.

Tip: You can also request Instruments in the Parcel Register, available from most Search options.
