Generating Reports

There are a number of useful reports available in the system, both from the Administration pane and from the green arrow menu Green Arrow Menu in the Instrument and Instrument List.

For the sake of this scenario, we will look at the Docket Summary.

Note: The data and display shown in these scenarios may differ from the display in your training environment.

To generate the Docket Summary

  1. From the Dockets/Home screen, select the Administration icon Administration Icon.

The Administration Pane opens.

  1. From the Dockets options, select Docket Summary Report.

The Docket Summary Report window opens.

  1. Enter the required information.
  1. Select View.

The Docket Summary Report displays in a PDF window.

The Docket Summary Report

  1. Select the grey double arrow Grey Double Arrow on the left side of the PDF window to view the left hand pane, displaying all the reports contained in the request.
  2. Select Download All to download all the reports in the left hand pane.

From here, you can save or print, as you normally would.
