Preferences

  1. From the toolbar icons at the top of the screen, select the Administration icon Admin icon.

The Administration pane opens.

  1. Select Map Preferences from the Administration Pane.

The Map Preferences window opens.

  1. Select the correct checkbox to Include Roads and/or Include Railroads in your Adjacent Search results.
  2. Select Save.

If there is no email address associated with your account, or you need to change your email address before migration, changes must be completed through Customer Support, as this cannot be done through your Teraview admin profile.

Please have the Account Holder Representative send a request to update your email to [email protected].

  1. From the toolbar icons at the top of the screen, select the Administration icon Admin icon.

The Administration pane opens.

  1. Select Notification Preferences.

The Notification Preferences window opens.

  1. Update your primary email address, if needed, and make any changes needed to your Click to Closenotification options. You can also change the language option for your notifications by selecting a Language Settings option.

Note: Select Add Email to add up to three additional email addresses for all notifications. To remove an email address, select Remove.

Return for Correction Receive an email notification when an instrument is returned for correction
Courier Tracking Receive an email notification when a courier is requested, including the courier company tracking number and a link to track the shipment
Document/Plan Request Status Receive an email notification when there is an update to the status of a Document or Plan request
Instrument Access Receive an email notification when access to an instrument has been granted
Low DAPP Balance Receive an email notification when your deposit account balance requires a top-up
User Message Receive an email notification when you receive a message from another user

  1. Select Save.
