Search Trans-Canada Pipe Line Register

The Search by Trans-Canada Pipe Line Register (TCPL) feature enables you to search TCPL related Instruments and plans. You have two options when searching the Trans-Canada Pipe Line Register:

Click to CloseBy Date

  1. Open a Docket.
  2. Select the Search tab.
  3. From the Search drop-down menu, select Trans-Canada Pipe Line Register.
  4. From the by drop-down menu, select Date.
  5. From the Sort By options, select Date or Municipality.
  6. Enter the From and To dates for the date range.
  7. From the Include Deleted Instruments options, select Yes or No.
  8. Select the Search button.

Tip: To sort columns in ascending or descending order, select the column header.

The search results display. From here, you can Click to Closerequest an instrument and generate a PDF.

Click to CloseBy Municipality

  1. Open a Docket.
  2. Select the Search tab.
  3. From the Search drop-down menu, select Trans-Canada Pipe Line Register.
  4. From the by drop-down menu, select Municipality.
  5. From the Sort By options, select Date or Municipality.
  6. Select the Municipality from the drop-down list options.
  7. From the Include Deleted Instruments options, select Yes or No.
  8. Select the Search button.

The search results display. From here, you can Click to Closerequest an instrument and generate a PDF.

Tip: To sort columns in ascending or descending order, select the column header.

Click to CloseTo request an Instrument

  1. Select the desired Instrument in the list.
  2. From the green arrow Green arrow menu options, select View, Email, or Courier.
  3. Enter the options to View, Email, or Courier.
  4. Select the View, Email or Courier button.

A confirmation message appears.

  1. Select OK.

Click to CloseTo generate a PDF of the Instrument

  1. Select the desired instrument in the list.
  2. In the top right of the screen, select the PDF - English or PDF - French button.

The PDF window opens.

  1. To download the PDF to your computer, if desired, select the Download button.
  2. Save or open the file, as desired.
