Preferences

  1. From the toolbar icons at the top of the screen, select the Administration icon Admin icon.

The Administration pane opens.

  1. Select Map Preferences from the Administration Pane.

The Map Preferences window opens.

  1. Select the correct checkbox to Include Roads and/or Include Railroads in your Adjacent Search results.
  2. Select Save.
  1. From the toolbar icons at the top of the screen, select the Administration icon Admin icon.

The Administration pane opens.

  1. Select Email from the Administration Pane.

The Email window opens

  1. Enter the email address that will be the default for any email requests.
  2. Select Save.
  1. From the toolbar icons at the top of the screen, select the Administration icon Admin icon.

The Administration pane opens.

  1. Select Notification Preferences.

The Notification Preferences window opens.

  1. Update your email address, if needed, and make any changes needed to your Click to Closenotification options. You can also change the language option for your notifications by selecting a Notification Language option.

Courier Tracking Receive a notification when you request a plan for courier, containing the courier company tracking number and a link to track the courier
Document/Plan Request Status Receive a notification when there is an update to the status of your Document or Plan request
Return for Correction Receive a notification when an Instrument is returned for correction
Instrument Access Receive a notification when you have been granted access to an Instrument
Low DAPP Balance Receive a notification when the balance of your Deposit Account balance needs to be topped up
User Message Receive a notification when you have received a message from another user

  1. Select Save.
