Optional access to your security profile using your choice of a valid removable storage device. This feature is available with the purchase of the Personal Security Licence Upgrade ($85 plus applicable taxes per licence).	Storage flexibility allows you to choose the device that suits your computer requirements and personal preferences.
No charge for the same day re-printing of parcel registers. Each re-printed parcel register is a record of the parcel register that was originally requested and paid for.	You can easily refer back to your work, which makes Teraview software even more convenient and easy to use.
View the Account Summary Report online.  By default, all users have access to the report or you can restrict access by completing Form 400.	Keep track of your Teraview software activity with easy access to reports online.
Request up to 5 plans and pay only 1 courier fee in the Courier Request window. Your deposit account will be charged for plan requests at the time you make your request.	Reduce your courier costs and ensure your Deposit Account balance is current and up to date.

2. Can I change back and forth between a diskette and a valid removable storage device?

Yes, you may switch between a diskette and a valid removable storage device.  However, you may not keep your security profile on more than one storage device at one time. 

PASS (Portas^® Administration Self Service) will enable licence holders to switch between a diskette and an alternate storage device.  Access PASS at www.teraview.ca and click on the Portas Pass link.

3. Where can I get a valid removable storage device?

You must purchase your own valid removable storage device. There are many types of storage devices on the market, ranging in storage size, functionality and uses. Please ensure that you use a valid removable storage device that is compatible with your operating system and meets the PSL Upgrade requirements. Teranet will not provide any support for removable storage device drivers or devices.

4. Can I transfer my PSL Upgrade?

The PSL Upgrade gets transferred when the underlying PSL is transferred. All normal PSL transfer fees apply ($25 plus applicable taxes).

Unless the following exception applies:

If the underlying PSL is deactivated, suspended or terminated, the PSL Upgrade can be transferred to an existing PSL Holder in the account at no charge.

Please note, once the PSL Upgrade has been transferred to an existing PSL Holder in the account, if the original PSL is reactivated, an additional PSL Upgrade must be purchased if desired.
