The Teraview gateway software is a secure, safe and integrated e-commerce
gateway into Ontario's land registration system and writs of execution databases.
Through the Teraview gateway users can retrieve
real property information and conduct land transactions all from the convenience
of their desktop.
Teraview 6.0, our latest release, includes several important enhancements,
particularly to the e-reg capability, making it ideal
for those handling subdivision or condominium closings. E-reg gives clients the
ability to search title and register documents electronically in the
POLARIS (Province of Ontario Land Registration
Information System) database. Other features in Teraview 6.0 include
WritSearch, where clients are able to search
the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General's database, and
a variety of administrative and reporting tools.
