You can find your TV number which is an 8 character identification number beginning with "TV" on your monthly Teraview Services Account Summary labelled "Account ID".

Your Teraview Login Name is on the Docket Summary Report or the Detailed billing details report. It is the 8 character name found on the Teraview Account line in both reports.

You must be an authorized Teraview Account Holder or PSL Holder in Canada to download Teraview software.
