way possible. The Deposit Account Payment Plan eliminates the
time and expense of cheque payments since pre-authorized payments
are made from a bank account that you name, directly to your
Teraview Deposit Account. Your record keeping is simplified with
the ability to run reports on your payment activity directly
from your Teraview desktop

No handling, transportation, or postal delays or costs. Keep just the funds
you need on deposit, without the risk of being caught with an empty
account
HOW DOES IT WORK?
- A Deposit Account Administrator is named for each Teraview
account. The Administrator chooses the "Deposit Account Maintenance"
feature on the Teraview desktop, and increases the amount on deposit
by one of the pre-specified amounts
listed. The funds are available to you immediately for both
writ searches and POLARIS searches.
- Only the authorized Teraview Deposit Account Administrator can request
a top up to your Deposit Account. There is only one Deposit
Account Administrator for each Teraview account
- Payment frequency depends on your needs - you can make as
many or as few payments as are required per month, based on your usage of the Teraview products.
The Deposit Account Administrator can produce a "Deposit Account Maintenance
Report" to detail transfers to the Teraview Deposit Account. The
account holder must also specify a monthly maximum,
providing you with the control you require over your costs.
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
- Select the Deposit Account Payment Plan Application. to start the process.
- Indicate a total monthly maximum. Individual deposits,
when totalled, will not be allowed to exceed the amount you
indicate in any given month.
- Name a "Deposit Account Administrator" (must be a Personal
Security Licence holder).
- Attach a void cheque. Teranet requires the void cheque in addition to the
banking information provided on the application.
