Ontario is moving toward a fully electronic land registration system and the Teraview gateway provides immediate access to land data in automated Land Registry Offices and Enforcement Offices across the province. Teraview provides instant online access to POLARIS, a computerized system that stores and manages ownership data for properties in Ontario. Through Teraview, government offices of all levels can easily confirm property ownership from the convenience of their desktop computer.
A powerful search tool, the Teraview e-reg capability, enables legal, finance, planning and engineering departments to search for documents, liens and/or encumbrances registered against a property. With one click of a button, searches can easily be initiated on adjacent properties.
Detailed information on writs of execution filed against a person or company can be retrieved using the revolutionary Teraview WritSearch product. WritSearch provides access to numerous writs of execution databases maintained by the Ontario Ministry of Attorney General.
The latest release of Teraview, Teraview 5.1, is now available through the Teraview Store. The Teraview Store can be found in the My Teraview section of this web site.
