Please note: Users accessing the PASS application through a firewall, please have your firm's
Firewall Administrator make sure that your network firewall is configured to allow outgoing
Internet Protocol (IP) traffic. Please visit Teraview.ca to access the Customer Service Centre's Connectivity Assistant at http://teraview.ca/csc/techCentre/connectivity/connasst.html and click on the Ports and IP Address link at the bottom of the page to submit your request for the list of adresses and ports.

Due to the nature of the encryption technology used in the Personal Security
storage device, clients that have recovered their security profile must re-sign all
documents containing a signature prior to the profile recovery that have not yet
been registered.
We recognize that re-signing these documents requires additional time and
effort, but it is a standard security feature of the system. We appreciate
your co-operation in this matter.
