In the automated system, condominiums have their own
Block Number assigned to them and property numbers for each unit. The PINS for
individual units do not show on the Block Index maps.
In addition, in some condominium corporations, more
than one condo unit may be owned by a common owner
(main unit, storage, parking ). Each registry office
has a cross-reference index available indexing Unit
and Level to the PIN . The cross-reference indexes
contained herein are reproductions of the registry
offices’ indexes and are produced as a help guide only.
