The download instructions below are intended only
for use with those instrument attachments and schedules that have been
provided by the Financial Institutions for posting on Teraview.ca.
In some cases,
we have been provided with a link to an institution's
web site, where additional schedules and attachments may be downloaded.
The instructions provided below may not apply to the
attachments and schedules found on these external web sites. Please
review the instructions provided on the institution's web site
for assistance with those schedules.
Schedules have
been provided to Teraview.ca by the Financial Institutions in one of three
file formats, depending on the size of the file.
Instructions are provided for downloading files in the .EXE, .PDF, and .TXT
formats. Please note the extension at the end of the file name of the schedule
you require when choosing
the appropriate download instructions.

Run an .EXE File from Current Location
Downloading and Unzipping an .EXE File
If you are obtaining a Condo Cross-Reference, skip the first two steps.

Click on the link for Downloadable Files on the
Mortgage Schedules page.

Click the Financial Institution from which you want to download
a file.

Left mouse click the document you require or have been instructed to
obtain.

A 'File Download' window appears; select the Run this program
from its current location option.

Click OK.
-
A 'Security Warning' window appears. Click Yes, if you want
to proceed and are comfortable with overriding the
warning.

The 'WinZip Self-Extractor' window appears. Click UnZip.
-
Another window appears indicating that the file was
unzipped successfully. Click OK.

Close the WinZip Self-Extractor window.
Locating the File You've Downloaded

Using your Windows Explorer Program, navigate to your C:\ drive.

Click on the folder titled 'TVDownloads'.
-
You should find the downloaded and unzipped file in this
folder.

Save an .EXE File to Disk in Microsoft Internet Explorer
Following these instructions will enable you to download
the file that you require.
If you are obtaining a Condo Cross-Reference, skip the first two steps.

Click on the link for Downloadable Files on the
Mortgage Schedules page.

Click the Financial Institution from which you want to download
a file.

Click the document you require or have been instructed to obtain.

A 'File Download' window appears; select the Save this
program to disk option.

Click OK.

A Save As window appears; navigate in the Save in: text field to the location you wish
to store the file.

Click the Save button.
-
Note (write down) the directory in which the file is saved.

You may see a 'Download complete' window. You are provided three
options, select Close.
If you are satisfied that you have successfully saved the file you want using
the above instructions, proceed
to Instructions to Unzip and
Access.

Save As in Netscape Navigator (.EXE File)
Following these instructions will enable you to download the
file that you require.
If you are obtaining a Condo Cross-Reference, skip the first two steps.

download a file.

Click the document you require or have been instructed
to obtain.

Navigate in the Save in: text field to the location you
wish to store the file.

Note (write down) the directory in which the file is saved.
If you are satisfied that you have successfully saved the file you want using
the above instructions, proceed

Unzip and Access an .EXE File
Unzipping the self-extracting zip file

Locate the file that you downloaded using the above instructions and
double click on it.

The Win Zip self-extractor window appears. Click on
Unzip.

Another window appears indicating that the file was
unzipped successfully. Click OK.

Close the WinZip Self-Extractor window.
Locating the File You've Downloaded

Using your Windows Explorer Program, navigate to file (should
be found in C:\).

Click on the folder titled 'TVDownloads'.

You should find the downloaded and unzipped file in this
folder.

Save Target As in Microsoft Internet Explorer (.PDF)

Click on the link Downloadable Files on the
Mortgage Schedules page.

Click the Financial Institution from which you want to
download a file.
Place your mouse pointer over the link for the .PDF schedule
you require or were instructed to obtain.
Click your right mouse button once.
From the menu that appears, choose Save Target As.
A Save As window appears. Find the folder you wish to save the
schedule in by using the drop down list in the Save in: field.
Click Save to save the .PDF document into your folder of choice. Make a
note of the folder name so you can locate the .PDF schedule for future use.

Save As in Netscape Navigator (.PDF)

A new window opens displaying the schedule.
From the File menu at the top of the new browser window, choose Save As.
A Save As window opens. Find the folder you wish to save the
schedule in by using the drop down list in the Save in: field.
Click Save to save the .PDF document into your folder of choice. Make a
note of the folder name so you can locate the .PDF schedule for future use.

Save As in Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator (.TXT)

Click on the link Downloadable Files on the

download a file.
Using your left mouse button, click on the link for the .TXT document you require or were instructed to
obtain.
A new window opens displaying the schedule.
From the File menu at the top of the new browser window, choose Save As.

Click Save to save the .TXT document into your folder of choice. Make a
note of the folder name so you can locate the .TXT schedule for future use.
