How do you connect?

If you are experiencing difficulties, have tried more than once to connect, and cannot locate the remedy within the System Messages section, please continue:


Connect by Internet


This section is for clients that use their existing Internet connection to access Teraview software.

First Check:

  • is the connection open
  • can you browse to other pages (i.e. www.bar-ex.ca)

If your connection is open and you cannot access other sites, call your ISP.

Select Internet Connection:

* Users can connect via Proxy Server or may have a Firewall for this type of Internet connection.  For these  types of connections we provide a list of Ports and IP Addresses that need to be allowed outbound access.
